  1.   RESULTS
    Reminder
Once again, a reminder that both teams need to notify the Divisional Secretary and the Chairman (for the Web within 72 hours of the game being played by email preferably).
Late results will result in the offending team losing 1 point. Unless there is good reason 3 points will be deducted from the offending team for matches not played and a 5-0 walkover given to the opposition. This will be reflected in the leagues as soon as possible after the walkover is given.
Where the offending team is the away team , they will be responsible for reimbursing the home club with pitch costs.

  2. NEW CLUBS
As seen in para 2. Wootton Bassett have been allowed to enter a team as long as they find a pitch nearer Bristol. Nomads and Warlocks have each entered another team.

  1. NON-ASSOCIATED CLUBS

Bristol Indians are the only club in this position and have been voted out of the league

  2. DISCIPLINE

Any disciplinary matters should be reported initially to the Divisional Secretary and then the Chairman/Secretary if there is a dispute.
    Reminder
Winter League Officials should not be contacted.  All participants are subject  to the National Disciplinary under the relevant county.

  3.  WEBSITE

    This is

    www.bristolsummerhockey.co.uk.

All results and tables will be posted on this site and usually updated each Sunday.

There is also a forum on the web site where results can be recorded and other information can be found. e.g. Contact Details for each Division.
Details of how to do this will be sent out via email before the season starts.

  4. ENTRY FEES AND FINANCE

Only one club failed to pay it’s  subscription for last season. Bristol Indians, who still owe £20
No cheque was forthcoming despite numerous reminders.

Since we have a surplus of funds it was decided that the clubs represented at the AGM would again not be charged a sub for this season and those clubs not represented would still be charged £20 per team.
This will be reviewed at the next AGM and if we still have a surplus, a decision will be made whether to make a donation to Bristol Youth Hockey or continue to make no charge for clubs represented at the AGM.

  5. AOB

The level of umpiring required for the forthcoming season was discussed.
It was generally agreed that any Umpires should be either at Level one or above or be currently qualifying for Level one.

A vote of thanks was proposed to the Chairman and Divisional Secretaries for making
    last season flow smoothly again.
